We are a professional company that understands that training at a gym can sometimes be a hassle.

Our goal is provide safe, effective, and fun workouts for clients in the comfort of their own homes. We create plans that best suit your individual goals and needs!

Meet Your Coach


Erika was always active growing up playing basketball, soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey. She discovered her love of running cross country and track later as a junior in high school.

After college, she joined Garden State Track Club in 2012. She ran competitively in road, cross country, track races, ranging in distances from the mile to the marathon. As of January 2022, she is now a member of the Shore Athletic Club - the oldest running club in New Jersey.
 
Erika's philosophy on fitness is that getting into shape shouldn't feel like work. It should be an enjoyable experience - something you look forward to do - in order to develop a routine that will ultimately alleviate stress from everyday life. Her goals for all clientele are for them to reach their ultimate fitness goals, whether it's getting faster or stronger, as well as enjoy working out in a comfortable space!

  • B.S. in Exercise Science & Sport Studies - Rutgers University 2012
  • Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor - American Council on Exercise 
  • TRX Level 1 Group Suspension Training Certified  
  • CPR/AED & First Aid Certified - American Red Cross
  • Former Sports Performance Coach and Trainer with Rutgers University Recreation and RWJ Barnabas Health
  • Former Co-captain, distance coach, and sub-elite member of Garden State Track Club
  • Current sub-elite member and Running Coach for Shore Athletic Club
